The Boss super blender makes frozen desserts without preservatives, nut butters without salt and sugar, hot soups without flavourings, mayonnaise without emulsifiers, soy milks without stabilisers, and of course green smoothies with the finest texture. A high velocity ProKinetix blade and bowl system pulverises virtually any combination of ingredients. Creating up to 50% smaller particles, this superfine texture can create a smoother mouth feel than some other blenders. The Boss Blender has also been designed with a blending action aimed to protect nutrients. In a 2013 laboratory test a green smoothie recipe made with the Boss Blender delivered up to 24% more Vitamin C than the same green smoothie recipe made in a leading blender. These green smoothie tests also showed higher yields of calcium, magnesium and potassium using the Boss Blender.
