Yoshikawa Cook-pal Ren Iron Wok, 32cm, YH9918, Made in Japan
The Yoshikawa Cook-pal Ren 32cm Iron Wok is a Japanese made, non-stick wok that is made with treated iron, but yet it doesn't have any special coating that will eventually peel off like Teflon. Features of the Yoshikawa Iron Wok YH9918 is that it is rust resistant, and features an oxidised layer that allows oil to quickly penetrate and prevent burning. It can also be used used with a high flame allowing you to shorten your cooking time.
