Mobile universal slicer with aluminium and stainless steel serrated blade. Foldable and if necessary detachable aluminium carriage, hard anodised. It includes serrated blade suitable for softer food like bread, sausage, vegetables.Cutting thickness adjustment 0 - 15 mm.
