Graef’s premium SKS 850 has everything you need in an electric slicer, perfect for professional and hobby chefs alike. Designed with both aesthetic and function in mind, this self-supporting full metal slicer comes with an in-built beech wood chopping board and space saving knife drawer.

- High performance, whisper quiet and maintenance free 170 Watts capacitor motor which guarantees best cutting results due to its constant motor speed
- Removable, solid steel 170mm blade machined from one piece of special stainless steel, fully hardened with hollow grinding
- The wavelike surface of the removable stainless steel blade cover plate improves the slippage of the cutting item
- Quick action and continuous operation switch, the blade rotates continuously or cut by cut
- Adjustable slicing thickness between 0 – 20 mm so both rustic and razor thin cutting results can be achieved
- Slicing length of 220 mm
- Easy knife removal for quick cleaning, sharpening and greasing
- Comes with the MiniSlice attachment that allows for even the smallest of foods to be completely sliced wafer thin. You’ll also receive a stainless steel tray to cleanly collect cuttings, blade sharpener D-1000 and food holder
