Nohrd's Heritage Tria Trainer Combo consists of the brand's Tria Trainer bench and Swing Bell weights. The bench is ideal for working your abs and core when in the closed position, and great for back muscles and glutes when unfolded. The Swing Bells are a modern variation of Kettlebells, and have a shifted centre of gravity, which extends the exercise motion beyond your arm.
